Things to accomplish over next month:
1) Everyone who wants to raid should send email to Callinar indicating what toon (one toon per player to start), what spec, what times available, what crafting they can contribute.
2) Guild level needs to go up and guild rewards are needed — we need recipes for cauldrons (must make 10,000 Cataclysm flasks as a guild) and feasts (5,000 cooking recipes executed for regular feast, and we need to catch fish from 10,000 fishing schools for the seafood feast, so get fishing!)
3) Heroics need to be run for gear & for practice. A couple nights a week devoted to heroic running. Check the calendar.
4) People need to be recruited to replace turnover. Any personnel recommendations may be sent to an officer.
5) We’ve set up a raid info clearing house here on winkledore.net, please check it regularly.
6) Need to stock up on flasks, enchants, gems, etc. We particularly encourage certain items like cata enchants, +attribute gems, etc.
7) At some point in the next few weeks, a date will be set for our first raid.
We’ll start with BWD, may change from there.
One raid instance per week: two nights a week, three hours a night.
Please only sign up for the raid a given week if you are able to attend both nights. If you have a schedule conflict with a regular night but want to raid, talk to Mags or me and we’ll try to work something out.
Go over loot system.
Running total of points will be kept, and we’re thinking of reward system for accumulated points and/or 3-4 months of perfect attendance.
